چکیده
The International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL) Standards Committee the INACSL Board of Directors (BOD) introduce fourth edition Best Practice. Since originally announced in 2011, Practice have guided integration, use, advancement simulation-based experiences within academia, clinical practice, research. Healthcare professionals around globe continue to champion simulation; thus, allowing flourish. Before reflecting on revision process, it is necessary acknowledge how this past year has been a challenge simulationists world. Although COVID-19 pandemic disrupted healthcare practice simulation community stepped up with rapid pivot an unprecedented collaboration resources. Through camaraderie, we supported each other, our patients, teams, learners, frontline workers. massive virtual response careful consideration bring learners back face-to-face learning environments, facilitated patient safety, workers, continued educate students while showcasing teamwork As look future, are excited announce Standards' re-envisioning re-branding as engage global interprofessional herein referred SOBP (HSSOBPTM).
